Role Overview: The Sales Support Manager is responsible for enhancing the sales process through effective collaboration and technical expertise.
- Documentation Management: Develop and update technical data sheets for sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with relevant departments to streamline offers and orders.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to create and maintain essential calculations, offer texts, sales presentations, and scripts for machine demonstrations.
- Content Creation: Independently film and photograph machinery and equipment components, followed by editing the content for effective presentation.
- Qualifications: A technical background complemented by experience in sales or project management is essential. A passion for technology, a structured work approach, and proficiency in IT are key attributes.
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of VBA programming, and experience with visual content creation tools and image/video editing software.
