We are seeking a highly skilled Prototype Security Investigator to join our team at Amazon Corporate Security. As a key member of our Prototype Security Investigations team, you will play a critical role in mitigating unauthorized intellectual property disclosure, prototype device loss and theft, and non-compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into device losses and unauthorized disclosures, gathering relevant information and analyzing findings to identify root causes.
- Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments to design mitigation strategies and reduce further loss of devices and intellectual property.
- Write reports to evaluate and analyze metrics collected to support risk-based prioritization of recommended solutions.
- Develop and lead security education materials, including online training modules and in-person/virtual training sessions.
The Prototype Security Investigations team aims to reduce risk to Amazon's intellectual property, make informed decisions to decrease intellectual property loss, and support regulatory requirements. We identify process gaps and failures and use risk-based prioritization to address issues that pose the highest risk to Amazon's intellectual property.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in conducting security, fraud, or insider threat investigations.
- 3+ years of experience using a case management system and data analysis software.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification is a plus.
