Security Investigator

The Amazon Corporate Security team is seeking a skilled Security Investigator to join its Prototype Security team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading security projects and programs to support Amazon's prototype device teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough investigations into device losses and unauthorized disclosures
• Analyze findings and identify root causes of system failures
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce further loss of devices and intellectual property
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and failures
• Provide security education and training to employees
About the Team
The Prototype Security Investigations team aims to mitigate unauthorized intellectual property disclosure, prototype device loss and theft, and non-compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We reduce risk to Amazon IP, make informed decisions to decrease intellectual property loss, and support regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in conducting security, fraud, or insider threat investigations
• 3+ years of experience using a case management system and data analysis software
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Demonstrated maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
