Payroll Manager

Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Payroll-Manager, der unsere Lohnbuchhaltung und Personalverwaltung weiterentwickeln möchte.
Aufgaben- Konsolidierung, Standardisierung und stetige Verbesserung aller Payroll-Prozesse in der zahneins Gruppe zusammen mit unseren Dienstleistern und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of HR und den HR Business Partnern der Regionen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen externen Lohndienstleistern/Steuerberatern sowie Projekte im Bereich Payroll – unter anderem die Einführung und Nutzung eines gruppenweiten Systems (SD Worx) zur vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Übersetzung analoger in digitale Prozesse und Förderung von Qualität und Effizienz.
- Schnittstelle zu allen internen und externen Stakeholdern – vom Steuerberater bis zum Mitarbeiter in unseren Praxen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft.
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und angrenzenden Themen der Personalverwaltung.
- Erfahrung als Experte in der Lohnbuchhaltung und idealerweise verschiedene Projekte im Bereich Payroll betreut und verantwortet.
- Denkweise in übergeordneten Strukturen und agierst nach klaren Kosten-Nutzen-Berechnungen.
- Spaß an Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
