Payroll Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll-Manager, der unsere Lohnbuchhaltung und Personalverwaltung weiterentwickelt und optimiert. Du wirst Teil unseres offenen und unterstützenden Teams und hast die Möglichkeit, unsere Unternehmensstrategie in klare Anforderungen an Prozesse und Systeme umzusetzen.
Deine Aufgaben- Die Konsolidierung, Standardisierung und stetige Verbesserung aller Payroll-Prozesse in der zahneins Gruppe zusammen mit unseren Dienstleistern und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of HR und den HR Business Partnern der Regionen.
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit allen externen Lohndienstleistern/Steuerberatern sowie Projekte im Bereich Payroll – unter anderem die Einführung und Nutzung eines gruppenweiten Systems (SD Worx) zur vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Die Übersetzung analoger in digitale Prozesse und die Förderung von Qualität und Effizienz.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft.
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und angrenzenden Themen der Personalverwaltung.
- Erfahrung als Experte in der Lohnbuchhaltung und im Bereich Payroll, insbesondere bei der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen.
- Ein starkes Projektmanagement- und Kommunikationsverständnis.
