Director of Distributed Energy Operations

GWD Energy GmbH is a pioneering company in the new energy sector, offering customized solutions for households, industrial, and commercial buildings. Our expertise spans distributed rooftop PV power station design, installation, and construction, operation, and maintenance, as well as energy storage systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and improving our distributed photovoltaic operation and maintenance management system and team.
- Creating and revising technical documents, safety documents, and process documents for our distributed photovoltaic operation and maintenance production management system.
- Formulating distributed photovoltaic project operation and maintenance plans and adjusting them according to industry market dynamics.
- Managing operation and maintenance work, safety control, cost control, and operation and maintenance indicator control for our existing projects.
- Establishing our operation and maintenance team.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- More than 2 years of experience in new energy-related industries, preferably with experience in photovoltaic operation and maintenance management.
- Experience in remote power station operation and maintenance using information technology.
- Clear logical thinking, clear language expression, and the ability to adapt flexibly.
- Priority given to those with experience in household or industrial and commercial operation and maintenance work in the past year.
