Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Sappi. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory staff and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to laboratory staff, including training and development opportunities
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials and in-process products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on findings
• Technical Support:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to laboratory staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective laboratory operations

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, paper science, or a related field
• Language:
  • Proficient in the German language
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory management or quality control role
