Your Responsibilities
  • Coordination and management of electrical and control suppliers
  • Drafting specifications for electrical, control, and automation systems
  • Analysis of supplier offers and selection in collaboration with the project leader
  • Monitoring supplier progress (milestones, technical exchanges, and alignments)
  • Addressing project-related technical issues
  • Tracking potential developments during the project
  • Ensuring traceability of all follow-ups in the internal system
  • Evaluating supplier deliverables
  • Creating verification and validation documentation
  • Conducting inspections at supplier locations
  • Maintaining communication and follow-up with the team regarding all interfaces between Electrical, Control & Automation WP and other work packages
  • Acting as the technical and project focal point for the customer regarding electrical and control automation work packages
Your Profile
  • Completed engineering degree in CC engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace, or equivalent technical training
  • Minimum of five years of experience in machine development, preferably within the aircraft industry as an Electrical/CC Work Package Leader
  • Familiarity with standards related to general machine commissioning in the aerospace sector
  • Technical expertise in Electrical, Control, and Automation work packages
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Experience with project management tools/methodologies and supplier follow-up (technical, contractual, and project-related)
  • Confidence in dealing with international clients and suppliers
  • Fluent in German (at least B2/C1) and English (at least B2/C1)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with suppliers, customers, and teams, along with creativity and proactivity
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
  • Knowledge of Catia V5 is a plus
