Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A to join our team in Bad Vilbel, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis initiatives that support our business growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to optimize cash flow, net working capital, and capital expenditures
  • Track and analyze M&A and investment activities to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with top management to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods, with exposure to private equity environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
