Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A to join our team in Bad Vilbel, Germany. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis projects, optimizing cash flow, and tracking investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and working capital
  • Track and analyze investments, including M&A and capital expenditures
  • Collaborate with top management to drive business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the life sciences or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
