Expert in Nonwoven Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative nonwoven products and laminates.
- Drive R&D activities in nonwoven products and laminates, including independent project implementation and customer contact.
- Lead the standardization of nonwoven recipes and raw materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and technologies.
- Execute X-Core projects and process customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, chemistry, process engineering, or packaging technology.
- Knowledge of polymer analysis, material knowledge of polyolefins, and experience in extrusion technology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Self-reliance, determination, and a success-oriented work style, with flexibility and a high level of commitment.
- Expertise in similar areas and related technologies, with a willingness to travel up to 60%.
