We are seeking an HR Business Partner to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies across assigned business areas. The successful candidate will use business metrics and a deep understanding of business operations to develop tailored solutions and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Advise and administer disciplinary action
  • Develop and facilitate training programs
  • Partner with store management to implement initiatives that positively impact business results
  • Negotiate with works council and joint works council

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • BA Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
