Our delivery partners play a vital role in our operations, and we collaborate closely with them to ensure that all deliveries, regardless of size, reach their intended destinations efficiently.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with our delivery partners. This role requires you to establish connections, facilitate the implementation of effective delivery processes, and address any challenges that arise to create enduring and fruitful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: Work alongside Safety and Regional Managers to uphold safety standards and compliance.
- Performance Enhancement: Assist business owners in scaling their operations and overcoming operational hurdles.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and rectify workflow inefficiencies while implementing improvements at the network level.
- Relationship Development: Foster and strengthen the relationship between Amazon and our delivery service partners.
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication and alignment with delivery service business owners.
- Coaching and Support: Guide and support partners in skill enhancement and optimize the use of available tools.
- Customer Metrics Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer metrics and maintain Last Mile processes.
- Brand Representation: Elevate driver standards to reflect the brand's values and image.
A Day in Your Role:
You will be positioned at one of our operational sites, enabling you to closely monitor the delivery process and provide guidance to our logistics partners. Your duties will encompass managing partner relationships, from contract negotiations to performance assessments, with a focus on transparent communication and daily support.

Basic Qualifications:
- A relevant degree.
- Experience in Operations, Last Mile logistics, account management, or small business logistics.
- Familiarity with third-party resources and contingent workforces.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Strong communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
