Production Operations Controller

- Support for Global Subsidiaries: Assist international branches with key business management matters related to production, operations, and logistics.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly reports, mid-year forecasts, and strategic corporate planning in collaboration with global colleagues.
- Advisory Role: Act as a strategic partner to international management (plant managers) and local controlling teams.
- Action Recommendations: Independently derive actionable recommendations, provide commentary, and monitor the implementation and follow-up of initiatives.
- Cost Transparency: Create transparency in costs and ensure accurate product costing for both standard and actual costs, including variance analysis.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks across international production sites.
- Standardization Implementation: Implement and follow up on the standardization of controlling and reporting structures.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on controlling.
- Professional Experience: Have relevant experience in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Language Proficiency: Possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Interest in Production: Show a keen interest in production processes and collaboration within international teams, with a willingness to travel.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO and Business Warehouse.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, conceptual thinking, and assertiveness.
