Stellenbeschreibung:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Line Leader, der unsere Stoffaufbereitung bei WEPA Deutschland in Mainz leiten kann.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung des Produktionsprozesses: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung des Produktionsprozesses in der Stoffaufbereitung, einschließlich der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen, werksspezifischen und WEPA-Vorgaben.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Sie optimieren ständig die Prozesskosten, den Produktionsablauf und die Umstellprozesse, um die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Produkte zu verbessern.
  • Kommunikation: Sie kommunizieren mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Produktionsprozess reibungslos abläuft.
  • Umsetzung von Verbesserungen: Sie setzen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung in der Stoffaufbereitung um, indem Sie ManEx-Tools einsetzen und die Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung unterstützen.
  • Stand-Up Meetings: Sie bereiten und führen Stand-Up Meetings mit den Mitarbeitern der Stoffaufbereitung durch, um die Fortschritte und Herausforderungen zu diskutieren.
  • Daily Operating Meetings: Sie legen und priorisieren die Themen für die Daily Operating Meetings, um sicherzustellen, dass alle wichtigen Aspekte abgedeckt werden.
  • Schulung und Coaching: Sie schulen und coachen die Mitarbeiter der Stoffaufbereitung, um ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse zu verbessern.
  • Schichtübergabe: Sie sichern die systematische Schichtübergabe, um sicherzustellen, dass der Produktionsprozess reibungslos abläuft.
  • Stillstände: Sie planen, koordinieren und durchführen Stillstände, um die Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Bereitschaftsdienst: Sie nehmen am Bereitschaftsdienst teil, um sicherzustellen, dass der Produktionsprozess rund um die Uhr abläuft.

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister/Techniker oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Papiererzeugung.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-How: Sie bringen ein umfassendes Verständnis für Prozesse und Technik mit.
  • Sprachen: Sie sprechen sehr gute Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind teamfähig, flexibel und haben soziale Kompetenz.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, teamorientiert, strukturiert und haben eine hands-on Mentalität.
