Über die Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digitalen Engagement Manager, der unsere Kunden mit innovativen digitalen Lösungen anspricht und unsere Markenpräsenz in der digitalen Welt stärkt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die digitale Strategie entwickeln und umsetzen, um unsere Kunden zu binden und unsere Markenpräsenz zu erhöhen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Ausführung digitaler Aktivitäten und Kundenkontaktpunkte basierend auf der Planung des Marken- und medizinischen Engagements.
* Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, die an der Ausführung digitaler Inhalte beteiligt sind.
* Du verantwortest die Durchführung von proaktiven digitalen Analysen, um die Basis für wichtige Entscheidungen zu legen.
* Du überwachst die Leistung von wichtigen Leistungsindikatoren und Einblicke in die Performance ausgeführter Assets.
* Du wirkst bei der Entscheidungsfindung in Bezug auf die passende Channel Execution auf Grundlage von Daten, Best Practices und digitalem Fachwissen.

Dein Profil

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Digital Marketing, Medienwissenschaft oder vergleichbar.
* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
* Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Produktmanagement, Digitale Medien/Digitales Marketing und Erfahrung im Pharma-Außendienst.
* Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen und dem Management digitaler Projekte in einer Matrixorganisation.
* Du hast Kenntnisse im digitalen Marketing (paid- und owned-Kanäle) von der Planung bis zur Analyse inkl. Prüfung und Ausführung.
* Du hast Expertise in Google Analytics, CMS- (z. B. Drupal, Veeva, ShamanGo) und relevanten digitalen Marketing-Tools.
* Du bist bereit, neue Technologien zu erlernen und digitale Marketinginnovationen umzusetzen sowie Kreativität mit einer analytischen / datengetriebenen Denkweise zu kombinieren.
