Your Role as Administrative Support

  • Maintain efficient office organization and administration.
  • Plan and coordinate business trips, including travel expense management.
  • Prepare digital accounting documents and serve as a liaison with the accounting department.
  • Schedule appointments, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Create and review invoices accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, assisting with organizational matters and project control.
  • Manage credit card statements diligently.
  • Archive completed projects and maintain the address database for accurate records.
  • Organize and prepare our trade show booth, internal events, and company celebrations.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software and digital project management tools are advantageous.
  • Openness to embracing digitalization and automation of administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented mindset and flexible approach to tasks.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
