Bauer is a leading global foundation construction company seeking a highly skilled Commercial Controller to oversee major international projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial tasks during project execution and tender stages for worldwide projects.
  • Oversee and evaluate major international projects, ensuring cost control, budget planning, reporting, risk management, and cash management.
  • Provide commercial support to subsidiaries abroad, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate project costs, conduct deviation analysis, and prepare executive summary reports.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Hold a completed academic degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Bring several years of commercial management experience, with a proven track record in the construction industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction processes, including calculation and contract management.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
