Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Conduct ongoing data quality checks to support our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Provide comprehensive user support for our CRM platform.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide their implementation within the CRM environment.
  • Document and introduce new processes and modules to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Continuously optimize existing CRM processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
  • Possess a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for data management and CRM solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of CRM software, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 being highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in project management is preferred.
  • Exhibit fluency in both German and English.
  • Show a genuine affinity for digital solutions and emerging technologies.
