Your Responsibilities- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Conduct ongoing data quality checks to support our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Provide comprehensive user support for our CRM platform.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide their implementation within the CRM environment.
- Document and introduce new processes and modules to enhance CRM functionality.
- Continuously optimize existing CRM processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Possess a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for data management and CRM solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of CRM software, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 being highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in project management is preferred.
- Exhibit fluency in both German and English.
