Nous recherchons un Responsable de Production pour rejoindre notre équipe de Production Sponsorisée chez Snap Inc.

Vos missions :

Le Responsable de Production exécutera de manière autonome des projets de vidéo et de RA sponsorisés, en livrant des actifs conformes aux exigences de portée et de qualité établies. Il a un parcours éprouvé dans l'établissement de relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires privilégiés, ainsi que dans la livraison de projets dans les délais impartis.

  • Être le principal point de contact pour plusieurs projets simultanément au sein d'une base de clients définie.
  • Élaborer des calendriers de projet pour les campagnes publicitaires qualifiantes et les demandes de stratégie créative.
  • Être le point d'escalade pour les clients et partenaires, en veillant à ce que la qualité de la communication et des livrables soit toujours respectée.
  • Collaborer avec et gérer des partenaires créatifs externes sur des projets associés à une base de clients définie.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits publicitaires et soutenir le renforcement du partenariat avec des partenaires créatifs externes dans votre marché/secteur, allant des fournisseurs de RA aux fournisseurs de vidéo.
  • Gérer la communication avec les clients et répondre à leurs questions tout au long du processus de développement.
  • Gérer proactivement tout défi potentiel durant le développement des actifs et fournir des solutions créatives.
  • Être responsable de l'alignement des différentes parties prenantes sur les objectifs, en sécurisant l'approbation finale des actifs par les clients et les partenaires d'agence.
  • Gérer la distribution des actifs finaux à l'équipe de compte / aux parties nécessaires si et quand les projets sont gérés de bout en bout par le Responsable de Production.
  • Utiliser des outils de gestion de projet appropriés pour superviser les projets, les plannings et les coûts.
  • Bien que basé sur le marché, le Responsable de Production, membre de l'équipe de production régionale, soutiendra les demandes régionales en fonction des besoins des marchés/secteurs.
  • Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur créatif des directives et des meilleures pratiques créatives de Snapchat.

Compétences et qualifications requises :

  • Compétences créatives et analytiques.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise de Keynote et Excel ainsi que de G Suite.
  • Compréhension du paysage et des nouvelles évolutions dans les nouveaux médias, la technologie et les marques.

Qualifications minimales :

  • Expérience en gestion de projet, stratégie ou expérience créative.

Qualifications préférées :

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de production / gestion de projet.
  • Expérience et connaissance de l'industrie publicitaire internationale.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'un pipeline et d'une charge de travail importante.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication – écrite et verbale, claires et directes.
  • Capacité prouvée à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches, projets et priorités changeantes dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Capacité à trouver des optimisations de processus qui favorisent des délais de traitement plus rapides tout en maintenant la qualité créative.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, de résolution de problèmes et interpersonnelles – l'attention aux détails est cruciale.
