Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve the customer experience and setting measurable goals (increasing conversion rates, minimizing bounce rates, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including the optimization of the online store's customer journey.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, including the development of team members and the implementation of effective communication strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and implement relevant KPIs, monitor and analyze performance using reports, heatmaps, A/B tests, and other tools.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve the user experience on our platforms.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with management and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Media Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, including leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of technology, e-commerce, and business operations.
  • Tools and Software: Proficiency in Onlineshop systems and project management tools such as Atlassian Jira/Confluence or Asana.
