Lead People Strategy Partner

Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior People Business Partner for our innovative brand, Factor, which specializes in healthy, ready-to-heat meal solutions. This role requires a dynamic and driven professional in food quality to collaborate with our Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will oversee all aspects related to personnel management.
- In collaboration with local leaders, you will design and execute people-focused initiatives that align with our overarching business objectives. This includes training managers on HR processes such as succession planning, competency development, and performance management.
- Working closely with senior executives, you will facilitate strategic decisions regarding personnel that promote organizational growth. You will also evaluate HR policies, identify areas for enhancement, and implement necessary changes.
- Your role will be pivotal in advancing performance management, employee retention, and engagement strategies.
- You will contribute to the execution of change management and engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Partnering with various teams in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, you will plan and assess projects while sharing best practices and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Additionally, you will work with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and create impactful experiences for employees, managing employee relations and resolving conflicts that may arise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, as a Senior HR Business Partner, or as a strategic HR consultant, with a strong focus on talent and performance management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, building trust and rapport with leadership at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively while being empathetic to employee needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of driving business outcomes through people-centric strategies.
- Experience in complex organizational structures and knowledge of German labor laws is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is required.
