Beschreibung der Position

Als Recruiting Working Student im Bereich Recruiting & Leadqualifizierung (m/w/d) wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem wachsenden Unternehmen einnehmen.

Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen HR-Profis und dem Management zusammen, das bereits erfolgreiche Unternehmen aufgebaut hat. Ob es darum geht, Bewerbungsprozesse entlang der Candidate Journey zu optimieren oder bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zu unterstützen – du wirst direkt in die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting- und Leadqualifizierungsstrategie eingebunden sein.

Diese Position ist ideal für jemanden, der in die Welt des HR und Recruiting eintauchen möchte oder später selbst eine Führungsposition anstrebt.

Aufgaben
  • Qualifizierung von Bewerber: Du führst die erste Sichtung und Vorauswahl der eingehenden Bewerbungen durch und bist für die Erstansprache zuständig.
  • Leadqualifizierung für die Akademie: Du bewertest die Interessenten für unsere Akademiekurse und führst erste Gespräche, um herauszufinden, ob sie zu unseren Kursen passen.
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess: Du hilfst bei der Planung und Organisation von Bewerbungsgesprächen und betreust Kandidaten während des gesamten Prozesses.
  • Datenpflege: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Bewerberdaten in unserem System stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
Qualifikationen
  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, idealerweise im Bereich Personal, Psychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder Sales.
  • Du hast starke kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eigenständiges Arbeiten und eine hohe Organisationsfähigkeit aus.
  • Dir macht die Arbeit mit Menschen Spaß.
