Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) für unsere enVoice-Team. Als Senior Customer Success Manager wirst du unsere Bestandskunden übernehmen und für eine langfristige Kundenbindung sorgen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere Kunden erfolgreich zu machen und dabei enVoice als strategischer Partner zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Übernimm unsere Bestandskunden und sorge für eine langfristige Kundenbindung
  • Bist SPOC für unsere Kunden nach innen und außen und steuerst Kampagnen
  • Führst ein dynamisches, geteiltes Team und bist für die Erfolgsgarantie verantwortlich
  • Berätst unsere Kunden zur Optimierung ihrer Vertriebsstrukturen

  • Du nutzt deine Durchsetzungsstärke, Charme und rhetorische Fähigkeiten, um schwierige Kunden zu überzeugen
  • Du bist ein strategischer Denker, der bestehende Verträge erweitert und unsere Marktpräsenz stärkt
  • Du hast ein Organisationstalent, das es dir ermöglicht, multiple Projekte effizient zu managen und reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
