International Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Customer Service Representative to join our team at people-s-place GmbH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders, as well as monitoring production statuses and responding to customer requests and inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing from entry to delivery, acting as a liaison between customers, warehouse/shipping, and production.
  • Coordinate special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department.
  • Support national and international trade partners and field sales representatives via phone and email.
  • Prepare quotations and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries in compliance with export regulations.
  • Correspond fluently in both French and English.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with good organization and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments. You will support retail partners and field staff through phone and email, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will also oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring a smooth operation and timely delivery.
