Tech Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead IT Infrastructure to join our team at Eppdata GmbH. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT infrastructure team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure with business operations
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure costs while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on technical leadership
- Proven track record of leading IT infrastructure teams and implementing successful IT infrastructure strategies
- Strong technical skills in areas such as Linux, networking, automation tools, and virtualization platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
