About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our team at Eppdata GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the IT infrastructure team and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT infrastructure team and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services
  • Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving IT service quality and reducing costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and make recommendations for implementation
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud and virtualization technologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, such as ITIL
