The Role

We're seeking university students or recent graduates for an International Operations Intern position in our Hamburg Depot. As an intern, you'll represent our brand, provide world-class customer service, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-office activities:
    • Customer service and sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities.
  • Back-office activities:
    • Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras.
    • Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition and identify maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support activities: Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
  • You're a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or a related field.
  • You're fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and thrive in dynamic environments.
