International Operations Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Hamburg Depot. As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
  • Back-Office Activities:
    • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
    • Quality Control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support Activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
