  • Tasked with mentoring young individuals in fields such as Mechatronics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of apprentices throughout Germany.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • Engage in recruitment processes.
  • Manage personnel: facilitate meetings and create individualized development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a collaborative environment and managing time efficiently.
