Bei TruVenturo GmbH erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve durch die Zusammenarbeit mit hochmotivierten, erfahrenen Kolleg*innen in einer zukunftsorientierten Branche. Du wirst Teil des New Business Teams eines Start-Ups und arbeitest eng mit den Gründern zusammen.
Aufgaben und Herausforderungen- Du recherchierst Ansprechpartner*innen und Zielkund*innen und entwickelst Strategien für die erfolgreiche Ansprache über Business Netzwerke, Kampagnen und Mailings
- Du generierst den Erstkontakt eigenständig, koordinierst Gesprächstermine und steuerst den Funnel
- Du unterstützt bei Operations und Business Development Themen, von der Erarbeitung von Unterlagen für potentielle Kunden bis zur Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Weiterentwicklung unserer Website
- Du studierst aktuell im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Management o.ä.
- Du hast eine eigenständige, systematische Arbeitsweise und verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist zahlenaffin und arbeitest äußerst strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Du hast sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
- Du gehst offen auf Mitmenschen zu, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und auch Dein Schriftverkehr ist fehlerfrei
- Du gewinnst hautnah Einblicke in ein neu gegründetes Start-Up und bist von Anfang an beim Wachstum dabei
- Durch flache Hierarchie und kurze Entscheidungswege kannst du unser Wachstum maßgeblich mitgestalten und direkt mit unseren Gründer*innen zusammenarbeiten
