Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Inside Sales Consultant, der sich für digitale Lösungen begeistert und Kundenorientierung im Blut hat.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen, einschließlich selbstständiger Informationsbeschaffung
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses und Koordination mit internen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zum Abrechnungsmanagement für die korrekte Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten
  • Weitergabe von Kundenanforderungen an das Produktmanagement und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses
  • Dokumentation und Pflege aller relevanten Kundeninformationen im CRM-System
  • Enger Kontakt und wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie Unterstützung des Außendienstes und Mitwirkung bei regionalen Kundenveranstaltungen und Marketingaktionen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder verwaltungstechnischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ideealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und Fühlungswohl in dieser Rolle
  • IT-affin und begeistert für digitale Lösungen
  • Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools wie Salesforce
  • Motivation und Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, verbindlich, strukturiert und flexibel
  • Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
