Job Title: Deputy Market Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Market Manager to join our team at Denns BioMarkt GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of personnel, managing store operations, and ensuring the highest standards of product presentation and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of personnel to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including personnel scheduling, inventory management, and training of new employees.
  • Product Presentation: Ensure that products are properly presented and maintained, meeting the highest standards of quality and appearance.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a flawless appearance of the store, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the organic food sector.
  • Qualifications: Completion of a retail salesperson program or several years of experience in the food retail sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train personnel.
  • Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take responsibility for achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
