Your Responsibilities
- Engaging Projects - Support the team in exciting projects focused on risk analysis and independent valuation of real estate and property portfolios across all asset classes. Evaluate external property valuations by analyzing the methodologies, assumptions, and parameters used.
- Market and Property Analysis - Conduct market analyses and research on relevant real estate asset classes using external market data providers, deriving independent valuation assumptions and parameters. Additionally, prepare for and conduct nationwide property viewings.
- Continuous Improvement - Actively contribute to the enhancement of internal valuation tools and processes.
- Diverse Clientele - Work with both national and international clients, gaining insights into professional approaches and collaboration with experienced colleagues.
- Effective Communication - Discuss your findings internally with responsible stakeholders and assist in communicating with clients and relevant market participants by summarizing results in reports or presentations.
- To become a Real Estate Valuation Specialist (w/m/d) with us, you should possess a successfully completed degree in real estate management, construction and real estate management, or business administration, possibly with a real estate-specific additional qualification.
- Ideally, you have relevant professional or practical experience in the field of property valuation.
- You should also have a passion for real estate, an analytical mindset, and a strong affinity for numbers.
- You enjoy delving into new and intriguing topics and issues.
- Additionally, you are service-oriented, proactive, and enjoy communicating.
- Proficiency in German, English, and MS Office applications will complete your qualifications.
