Sales Development Intern

We are a dynamic, early-stage start-up with significant funding, poised to transform global brand marketing in a market valued at $800 billion.

We are seeking a Business Development Intern who will engage directly with clients, foster relationships, and contribute to our sales strategies and experiments.

Based in Hamburg, we are an independent company supported by the Applike Group, a leading app growth platform in Europe, along with Bertelsmann, the top media powerhouse in Europe with a revenue of €20 billion. We are also connected to four sister ventures, each a leader in their respective fields such as mobile adtech, mobile gaming, play-to-earn, and automation in mobile user acquisition. This collaboration grants us access to valuable data, expertise, and resources, providing us with a unique competitive edge in the market. Our focus is on building a successful hyper-growth company, supported by excellent resources in hiring, HR, and finance, allowing our team to concentrate on core business activities: Product and Growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in determining effective messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Support the sales process.
  • Conduct research to identify and connect with top global brands.
  • Help prioritize brands that align with our business goals.
  • Implement innovative and data-driven lead generation tactics.
  • Assist the sales team with CRM management and related tasks.
  • Maintain and organize our CRM database.
  • Prepare sales presentations and conduct customer research.
Candidate Profile:
  • You possess empathy and a passion for connecting with others.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • You thrive on the satisfaction of closing deals.
  • You are pursuing or have completed a business-related master's degree.
  • You are a reliable, proactive, and communicative individual who enjoys working independently and taking initiative.
  • You are smart, ambitious, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with Hubspot and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • (Preferred) Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Growth teams.
  • (Preferred) Background in the B2B sector through internships or previous roles.
