Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator

We are in search of dedicated and qualified professionals in early childhood education who are fluent in English to contribute to our innovative bilingual education approach at our centres.

Your Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating all aspects of early childhood education and care in English.
  • Overseeing the settling-in process, tailored to your experience and qualifications.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan, implement, and document educational activities and daily routines.
  • Conducting structured observations and documentation of children's growth and learning.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with parents to enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English at a native level.
  • Proficiency in German, ideally at a B2 level.
  • Certification as a state-recognized educator or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • A passion for teamwork and implementing a bilingual education framework.
