JobLogistik – Personalvermittlung und Beratung von Fach- und Führungskräften mit Spezialisierung auf den Bereich Spedition und Logistik.

Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der Speditions- und Logistikbranche. Mit einem eigenen Fuhrpark bietet das Unternehmen umfassende Dienstleistungen in der Abwicklung von Teil- und Komplettladungen sowie Stückgutverkehren und Spezialtransporten. Zudem werden umfangreiche logistische Lösungen innerhalb der gesamten Supply Chain bereitgestellt.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen

Transport Manager / Speditionskaufmann / Disponent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation von Transporten im Nah- und Fernverkehr
  • Planung und Koordination von Touren sowie Durchführung der Fahrpersonalplanung
  • Disposition im nationalen und internationalen Fernverkehr
  • Terminabstimmungen mit Kunden und Optimierung der Transporte unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Auslastung und Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
  • Kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung, Terminüberwachung und Administration

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Speditions-/Logistikbranche von Vorteil
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und idealerweise kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
