About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at Apleona. As a key account representative, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, facility management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success in client management, project management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as LEED AP or FMCA, are an asset.
