We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their overall experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Tour and Event Management: Coordinate and manage tour and event bookings, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication with clients.
  • Back-Office Operations: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including tour and event packages, and provide expert recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our CRM system quickly.
