Requirements:
- Significant background in circus arts and performance management
- In-depth understanding of circus operations and technical requirements
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Proven experience in nurturing and leading teams
- Familiarity with brand management and maritime operations is a plus
- Competent in MS Office applications and proficient in English
- Openness to travel and work in maritime settings
