Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Thorough and precise documentation of all shipment particulars essential for transport.
  • Validation of document completeness and accurate recording of ADR materials.
  • Facilitating seamless shipment processing and precise invoicing.
  • Coordinating with drivers and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Enhancing communication between warehouse personnel and truck operators.

  • A commerce-related qualification with an emphasis on logistics.
  • Previous experience in document management, shipment documentation, and vehicle oversight.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, especially via telephone, and familiarity with logistics software.
  • Proficiency in English, complemented by a customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative spirit, a sense of responsibility, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
