About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and business-fluent individual to provide fast and reliable quotations to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process pricing requests using our tools, working closely with local operations and sales to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process pricing requests towards our customers using our tools.
• Collaborate with local operations and sales to understand customer needs.
• Foster exchange with product management and procurement.
• Provide insightful reporting for local P&L responsible, local sales, and the air freight product management.
• Follow up on provided quotations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in airfreight operations or sales.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Confident appearance in discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Business-fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of numbers and attention to detail.
