Assistant Location Management Internship

Position Overview:
As an intern in the area of Assistant Location Management, you will be part of a dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz Group AG, one of the leading automotive manufacturers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will gain valuable insights into plant operations and management while assisting the site management team with various tasks, including:

  • Preparation and documentation for weekly management meetings, including presentations and minutes.
  • Supporting the development and design of the internal social intranet.
  • Implementing projects aimed at the strategic and cultural enhancement of the location.
  • Organizing internal events such as management forums and celebrations.
  • Creating and managing communication initiatives for the management team.
  • Writing and editing articles for internal communications.
  • Assisting with external inquiries and communications.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a degree in economics, humanities, event management, or a related field. Additional qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and prior editorial experience.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Attributes such as commitment, independence, excellent communication skills, and reliability.
