Internship in Project Management - Network Controlling & Performance

Hapag-Lloyd is recognized as a leading global liner shipping company, operating a modern fleet of container vessels with a total transport capacity of 11.9 million TEU. In the Liner Shipping sector, the company employs approximately 13,000 individuals and maintains a presence in numerous countries. Our container fleet includes one of the largest and most advanced reefer container fleets in the industry, providing reliable connections across more than 400 ports worldwide. In the Terminal & Infrastructure sector, Hapag-Lloyd holds interests in 20 terminals across Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa, supported by around 2,000 employees dedicated to terminal operations and complementary logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in a dynamic work environment that adapts to evolving challenges Actively contribute to mapping ongoing projects and deliverables Design and establish our Project Management framework, encompassing both internal projects and those where we are stakeholders Conduct process and impact analyses of current projects to identify deliverables, stakeholders, and timeline dependencies Create essential project visualizations to ensure alignment among all parties involved Facilitate effective communication and adherence to deadlines within the Project Management team Analyze organizational structures to identify relevant stakeholders and requirements Develop a proposal for a comprehensive project management framework, addressing both structural and media componentsRequired Qualifications
