Your Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for employees across various national and international branches, providing support throughout their entire employment journey.
- Manage administrative duties including employment agreements, parental leave applications, references, and HRIS data oversight.
- Oversee the visa application process for international staff and facilitate their successful relocation.
- Ensure the efficient delivery and quality of daily Global People Operations while collaborating with fellow People Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, People Analytics & Infrastructure, Legal, Payroll, and Enterprise IT.
Process Enhancements & Initiatives:
- Take ownership of the centralization and standardization of Global People Processes.
- Lead People Operations without formal line management authority, influencing peers laterally and promoting empowerment and teamwork.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and refine Global People Operations based on insights gained from your business units.
- Spearhead projects aimed at digitizing and automating People Operations workflows. Collaborate closely with our People Analytics & Infrastructure Team to ensure high data integrity and develop automated reporting and controls.
Drive diverse initiatives, such as global benefits programs.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or completed apprenticeship focused on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in HR Operations within a multinational and dynamic environment. This role is also suitable for those with extensive experience in People Operations within a German labor law framework, looking to broaden their scope globally.
- Strong understanding of German labor regulations. Experience in international People Operations (UK, US, Spain, Italy) is a plus.
- Proven ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful outcomes. Confidence in decision-making and communication is essential. Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record in leading projects. A passion for digitalization and automation initiatives is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for operational HR functions with a strong service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in German and strong English language skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Personio, Jira, and Google Workspace is an advantage.
