Solution Architect

Kardex is a leading manufacturer of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems, with a global presence and a team of over 2,000 employees. We're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to our digitalization program.
Your Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document business, process, and technical requirements for our product lifecycle process.
- Consult with stakeholders, including the Application Owner, Enterprise Architect, and implementation partner, to derive and implement PLM software.
- Provide 2nd-level support and consultation for day-to-day operations, ensuring 3rd-level support is provided by our implementation partner.
- Lead several projects and give trainings to internal stakeholders as the leading PLM role in our global digitalization program.
- Multiple years of practical experience with PLM Systems in a production environment.
- Experience in implementing, customizing, and working with PLM Systems, as well as realizing Master Data Management.
- Knowledge of CIM Database PLM System is a plus.
- Good understanding of the product lifecycle process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and German proficiency.
