IT Solution Architect (m/w/d) – CCM System (m/w/d)
We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our team and lead the development of a new CCM system. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the system architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, and providing technical guidance to project teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and document the system architecture, taking into account existing IT landscape, IT strategy, and future requirements
- Plan and execute the integration of the new CCM system into the existing IT infrastructure, including interfaces with other systems
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, developing strategies and roadmaps for successful implementation
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of the system, ensuring high-quality results through continuous testing, reviews, and acceptance procedures
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Bring several years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in projects involving CCM system implementation or replacement
- Familiarity with system architecture, particularly in relation to CCM systems and their integration into existing IT infrastructures, is an advantage
- Strong programming skills and experience in the entire software development lifecycle are desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, and very good German language skills are required
