Kardex is a leading manufacturer of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems. With over 2,000 employees worldwide, we develop and manufacture logistics solutions for various industries, including industrial manufacturing, trade, and administration.
Your RoleWe are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating business requirements and defining solutions for used systems in the E2E process Trade and Transport, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with the business to identify and document business-process and technical requirements.
- Analyze and recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines.
- Discuss and agree on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Architect, and implementation partner.
- Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure 3rd level support is provided by the implementation partner.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Multiple years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and German proficiency (if located in Germany), or English proficiency (if located outside of Germany).
