As a leading European company in the field of efficient energy use, ENGIE is committed to reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Project Developer.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement energy-saving projects in the energy-saving contracting approach and all services related to energy efficiency.
  • Assess the energy situation in non-residential buildings in the public and industrial sectors, identifying opportunities for energy reduction and optimization.
  • Design and develop concepts for reducing energy consumption and media supply (heat, cold, steam, electricity), taking into account energy economic issues.
  • Lead the detailed planning for building technology and media supply based on innovative techniques and systems.
  • Contribute to the calculation and preparation of offers and support in customer presentations.
  • Develop both rough and detailed concepts and carry out feasibility studies to reduce CO2 emissions for our customers.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of energy and environmental engineering or supply engineering; Alternatively, further training as a master / technician in the field of HVAC or electrical engineering.
  • Ideal experience in project management/development focusing on energy efficiency solutions.
  • Further training as a building energy consultant or AGFW assessor advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Effective communication and persuasive abilities, teamwork, as well as pronounced customer and service orientation.
  • Analytical and results-oriented working methods as well as a high level of project planning competence.
  • Valid class B driving license and willingness to be mobile in your region.
